which Holiday Cottage websites provide the most traffic and enquiries.

When we receive enquiries they are
specifically for your cottage - we will contact you prior to taking the
booking to confirm the periods are still available.

If these enquiries are for periods
already occupied - we do not suggest an alternative cottage - we will suggest
alternative periods in your cottage that are still available.

Only when we have explored all
alternatives with your enquirers for your cottage shall we suggest another
cottage that has availability - this has advantages for you for you from other
cottage enquiries.
All you do is to contact your
agencies etc and book out that week.
Our commission is 10% - but you save
the usual 15 to 20% agency fee.

Benefits of the additional "Booking
Service" Package

The handling of the booking
through to the customer arriving at the door can be quite time consuming if it
is to be handled in a professional manner.

We supply a full customer liaison
service where we organise all the booking details which includes taking deposits,
final payments, (damage deposits if required), cancellation insurance,
directions, keys to the customer and general enquiries - everything involved
with the guest up to the time they arrive on your cottage doorstep!. We will
also liaise with them in the unfortunate situation where we need to keep all
or part of a damage deposit etc. after the stay.

We will liaise with any other
agency you are with regarding confirmation of availability.

We simply supply you with the
customer details, when they are
arriving and the payment.

We will also liaise with you
regarding any special start dates etc. that may be requested.

We send out the letters or emails confirming the
booking, confirming deposit, requesting final payment, confirmation of final
payment with directions and a separate letter with the key (if they are not
being greeted).
All you are responsible for is to
ensure the cottage is ready for your guests, preferably greeting them
(although not essential) and providing them a contact to sort out any problems
with the cottage that might occur during their stay.
