Cottage - How to Book
Prices
-
There is sleeping for up to 3 people based on 1 double bed in main bedroom, 1
single bed (full length x 2' 6" wide) which
is in the 2nd bedroom.
-
There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge
for the occasional 2 additional persons - please confirm if required
in advance so that bedding can be provided.
-
Prices are for the cottage (up to 3 persons) and supercedes all previous price lists
-
A supplement of 10% per person applies to
accommodate more than 3 persons - this is to cover additional
cleaning, laundering and general wear and tear.

Dates
are week commencing the Saturday or the period including the Saturday.

Prices
for full weeks are Saturday - Saturday

BUT we are very flexible
and we will be pleased to discuss your requirements - contact us

How
to Check Dates and then Book your Holiday

Once
we have confirmed your requirements and dates are available complete the form below (print it
out or we can send a copy through the post on request).

and fill in details requested.

Your dates will be
held provisionally until we receive the booking form confirming your
requirements and deposit (usually 5 days).

Please
make cheques payable to Pam Livesley.

Send
the completed form plus the £50 per week (or part week) deposit to:- Pam Livesley, 136 Hillside
Road, Bramcote, Nottingham, NG9 3BD.

We
will then confirm the booking to you in writing.

The
final balance should be settled one month prior to rental period.
Please
note:-

You
may arrive
anytime after 3.00pm on the day of arrival and vacating by 10.00am on the
day of departure.

Bedding
is provided but guests must supply their own towels - on specific
request towels can be provided at a cost of £5 per person per week.

The
following restrictions apply:-

Even
though we love animals - no pets
-
Strictly
NO SMOKING in the cottage

Unfortunately due to its age the property is
not suitable for people with certain disabilities - please
contact us if would like to discuss your requirements.
